Our new range of Oil-injected rotary screw compressors is based on a modular design. In this way we have the flexibility to offer our customers what they want. The modular manufacturing approach we have designed into our new compressor range, gives maximum flexibility so that your cost expectations are met. You can take a standard machine, and add an integrated dryer and an SR variable drive system, or for premium efficiency, a larger air-end.

All rotary screw compressors can be sized to suit the required output, and can be driven by either a fixed speed drive motor or our innovative switched reluctance drive system. The volume flow can be precisely controlled to meet your continually changing demands. This ensures that you use only the energy required to do the job and no more.

The CompAir LSR series of rotary screw compressors incorporate a variable speed switched reluctance drive system of outstanding efficiency. These compressors offer the ability to precisely match power consumption with air demand. Maximum efficiency at any level of demand cuts energy costs and saves money. This is achieved by varying the speed of the drive motor with a level of efficiency which cannot be matched by any other conventional variable speed drive systems.

New Frame 5 Range Launched

The New Frame 5 range consists of four models: L90, L110, L132 and L132SR variable speed unit, delivering capacities from 17.45 to 22.87 m3/min and pressures of 7.5, 10 and 13 bar.

Using the design principles already well proven in our 30 kW to 75 kW ranges, we looked carefully at how we could improve each area of the existing units and have delivered a range of compressors that is better in every way - including a compact footprint, increased air output and reduced parts’ and maintenance requirements.
