The news you have all been waiting for…You have heard about it, you have asked for it, and now it is here! We are pleased to introduce the CompAir AirStation; a complete air system with a tank mounted rotary screw compressor with optional dryer. The AirStation will provide a simple, all-inclusive package to increase flexibility and broaden the scope of our offering to our customers. Fixed speed packages are available from 10-30HP (L-Series models L07-L22) and a variable speed package is available at 30HP (LRS Series model L22RS).

KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS

The CompAir AirStation offers all the features and benefits of the L07-L22 or L22RS base mount compressors, plus the additional package features as described below.  

1. Small installation footprint! The package is fully accessible from all sides and designed to pass through a standard doorway, allowing installation even in restricted areas.  Because the complete package is factory assembled, there is no need for on-site piping of tank, compressor or dryer! 

2.Integrated fully enclosed forklift slots at the base of the tank further simplify installation and increase flexibility and safety. This feature is not offered by any other compressor manufacturer! The AirStation is also a great addition to your rental fleet, because installation is quick, safe and easy.  

3.Premium time-saving features  are standard on theAirStation!Packages with dryer include standard three-way bypass, allowing dryermaintenance without interruptions to your air supply.  The integrated Grade B filter/separator, with the option for an additional Grade E cold coalescing filter ensure high quality downstream air for the system.

4. Excess moisture is whisked away by the automatic zero-loss float drain that is standard on the AirStation tank and all AirStation dryers. In addition, packages with dryer have the tank and dryer drains plumbed to the same exit port, so there is only one water drain hookup. Yet another feature that reduces setup time!

5. Only the best for our packaging! Durable stainless discharge steel tubing is standard throughout all AirStation packages.
