CompAir L30 - L37, E, RS
The new versatile screw compressor range from 30 to 37 kW can be configured to meet the customers' efficiency requirements. The E-models feature a larger airend delivering highest efficiency levels.

Frame 3 oil lubricated compressors are covering the range from 30 - 37 kW
The upgraded premium efficiency variants are available at 30 - 37 kW at fixed speed and variable speed.
Pressure range: 5 to 13 bar
The new compressors deliver efficiency improvements of up to 8% when compared with standard models, plus a 8% higher flow rate.
An investment that pays off
The regulated speed models save energy by matching the output to the plant air demand. All fixed speed models are available with integrated dryer option.
The E-Models of the L-Series screw compressors feature an extra large airend with optimised rotor tip speed achieving up to 6% energy savings.
The largest cost component of a compressor is the energy to run it. The reduction of energy costs significantly impacts on the total costs of ownership.
The additional investment costs for this range of super efficient compressors will pay back in many cases in less than 12 months. The extra large airend also has a longer life expectancy.
Regulated speed compressors
The regulated speed models can efficiently and reliably handle the varying air demand found in most plant air systems. The annual cost of ownership can be significantly reduced using regulated speed technology.

New frame 3e comes with a bigger airend made in Germany, featuring a larger-sized inlet and outlet to help improve air flow and reduce pressure drop.

As always our oil lubricated compressors are designed for high efficiency but also for easy and quick service. The unique semi integrated design of the airend and the optimization of service parts, like separator and filters, assure easy and quick service of the complete package.
The upgraded frame 3 will feature our new Delcos XL SE 7 controller with 7’’ high-resolution display integrated web server and better connectivity
The Delcos XL SE7 with its high resolution 7" touch screen display is extremely user-friendly and self explanatory. All functions are clearly structured in five main menus and are intuitively visual. The multilingual Delcos XL SE7 control system ensures reliable operation and protects your investment by continuously monitoring the operational parameters, which is essential for reducing your running costs.
Features & functions
CompAir Genuine Parts ensure the safe and economical operation of your system. Compliance with the maintenance intervals is essential for energy efficiency. In the event of a pressure loss due to improper filters, the high energy requirement exceeds the cost of maintenance. Do not endanger the safety of your production. Externally identical components can differ considerably.
CompAir Service Kits include all genuine parts and wear parts for the respective maintenance and ensure optimum operation of the systems.
